Cyber Bulletin
JNTG operates a cyber newspaper for the establishment and practice of ethical management.
Interested parties can report on misconduct or unfair acts by employees through the cyber bulletin. The informant and the contents of the report are strictly confidential.
If you express your opinion in accordance with the six principles, it will be very helpful in answering. We will reply to you by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.
In principle, you must report your real name, but you can report it anonymously if necessary.
Reporting target
- Acceptance and borrowing of money, entertainment, etc.
- Preferential treatment by the company, equity participation, concurrent employment
- Solicitation and unreasonable demands
- Theft, embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds
- Leakage of internal information
- Document manipulation and fraudulent reporting
- Abuse of authority (bullying)
- Employee safety and health accidents, risk management
- Other cases (violation of ethics regulations)
How to report
- In principle, you must report under your real name, but if necessary, you can report anonymously.
- The Audit Office decides whether to accept and investigate the report (the reporter's contact information must be included)
- Report corruption and unfair business practices by writing the report in detail according to the 6 W principles (who, when, where, what, how, why).
Whistleblower Protection
- Confidentiality : Disclosing or implying the identity of a whistleblower without the whistleblower's consent is prohibited.
- Identity Protection : Protection from disadvantages or discrimination from business relationships or affiliated departments due to reporting, statements, and submission of materials.
- Exemption from Liability : If the whistleblower's negligence or error is discovered in relation to the reporting, the disciplinary action against the whistleblower may be reduced.
